Recent Developments
Student Information System - SIS
- The school can attach a photo to each student record. This will be displayed in the child's Identification Information page.
- Users can now select a date range on each log page, so only entries from the desired range will be displayed.
- Users can now limit the display of a student's Assessment Areas to only include those that have commentary or media attached. (A 'View All' button is available to display assigned areas even if no assessment has taken place.)
- School and Class log buttons work even if no student is selected.
Individualized Educational Programs - IEPs
- The new CPS Section 12 form has been installed. The old form is still available on the Section 12 page, for viewing older IEPs.
- An auto-save feature has been implemented on all IEP pages. Changes to any field will be automatically saved after 60 seconds. A notice will appear in the message area of the browser window announcing when the next auto-save will occur, or when the last one took place.
Administration
- A new Student-Provider page is available in the Administration area for managing those connections for an entire school.
- Relationships between students and contacts are now a property of the link between them. For example, a parent for one student can be an authorized pickup for another.
